Port St. Joe Hosptial
On October 28, 2007 Sacred Heart Health Systems announced the award of a Construction Management at Risk contract to Greenhut for the construction of a new 25 bed full service hospital in Port St. Joe, Florida. The hosptial will serve the rapidly expanding population of Gulf County, primarily resulting from expansion by Arvida, the real estate company of parent St. Joe Corporation.
The $15M project is expected to begin in March, 2008 with completion 15 months thereafter.
