This new hospital, located in Sandestin, FL, is the construction of a new 50 bed – 130,000 square foot facility. Due to the soil conditions and proximity to the gulf, the hospital was constructed on piling. The exterior of the building is constructed of metal studs with a Portland cement stucco finish. The interior work included emergency rooms, operating rooms, administration space, patient rooms and a cafeteria. This 21 million dollar project was constructed in 16 months
