This construction was the renovation of the old county offices and jail into a regional cultural center, including a new 500 seat theatre, a 3 story atrium, offices, and dance studios.

Among the challenges were cutting new openings into exterior 12” concrete walls for new windows and removing 2000 sf of 24” thick concrete roof to accommodate the fly height of the new theatre.
