This was a very exciting renovation of a historic 100 year old downtown Pensacola building. It involved major selective demolition, restoration of historical windows and woodwork, and exterior limestone resurfacing. The building, after completion, is utilized as both a bank on the ground floor and office/retail areas on the upper floors.
