This project is a 6 story support building and medical office building for Sacred Heart Hospital and Nemours Clinic (a multi-physician specialty care pediatric organization funded by The Dupont Foundation). The 1st floor includes a 450 seat conference center, a 36 person tiered teaching facility, as well as the signature grand lobby for the hospital. The upper 5 floors provide specialty physician offices for The Nemours Clinic as well as additional physician offices for Sacred Heart Hospital. The lobby also provides space for a gift shop and physical/occupational therapy.
