The process we've refined over 75 years leads to the best possible results.
Our philosophy is simple: Work together with everyone involved to deliver the best project possible on time and on budget. The process we've developed over three generations of Greenhut leadership ensures this happens every time.
We begin with a team kick-off meeting in which everyone working on the project gets on the same page by identifying goals and designating roles and responsibilities. A project manual produced from the results of the meeting is created to help guide the team.
During preconstruction, our extensive Preconstruction Management Plan includes comprehensive budgets, constructability reviews and detailed scheduling.
At schematic design, we work up an extremely detailed budget to ensure all your project goals are incorporated and met. We then competitively bid the project to prequalified subcontractors and vendors and make our recommendations after a thorough review. Our final Guaranteed Maximum Price is comprehensive and inclusive and allows our owners to know exactly how much and when they can utilize their first-class facility.
During construction, we employ many different types of technology and software to manage complex construction projects. By providing tighter control and accountability, our technology and cost-reporting systems allow us to better deliver projects on time and on budget. Cutting edge technology and software systems are essential and we use it extensively to gain leverage in the construction bidding phase.
Greenhut has processes in place to maintain our well documented high standards. It includes a mix of stringent quality control measures, daily superintendent inspections, cutting-edge technology such as building information modeling and a constantly updated ongoing punch list of work that needs to be corrected. The results are evident in the finished products we deliver.
Many of our time-tested processes are designed to support our clients throughout the project to ensure they're informed and provided with the information they need. In addition to regular meetings to update clients, they can also watch the progress on a Live Project WebCam. We have the ability to provide clients with Electronic As-Builts—3-D photos in blueprint format—which allows them to see what's behind every wall or ceiling in detail. We continue to support clients after project completion through our warranty claims process. Our team responds to claims within 24 hours and arranges for the appropriate subcontractor to address the issue ASAP. We're even available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
