Ernest Ward Middle School

This facility, constructed for the Escambia County School District, is a new Middle school. During the first six months, Greenhut gave $100,000 that we had achieved in buyout and cost savings back to the School District so that those dollars could be spent on optional upgrades or other ECSD needs. The project was built on an existing campus that was active with students. Safety for students was priority one.

Over $325,000 worth of value engineering was implemented into the project. Initial Schematic budget was within 1.28% of the Guaranteed Maximum Price established nearly 10 months later.
