First Baptist Church of Pensacola Preschool Bldg/ Fellowship Hall

This project consisted of a new multi-purpose Fellowship Hall and Preschool building of approximately 45,000 square feet with a new kitchen, classrooms, and open atrium. The new enclosed two-story lobby space connected the Worship Center, Education Center and Educational Buildings. A new 3,000 sf Chapel seating 250 completes the north face of the campus and ties into the lobby space. Renovations were made to 60,000 sf of existing classrooms with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Greenhut demonstrated our skill in extensive renovation of a historically significant building during this project. Greenhut worked closely with the owner to maintain the existing operations and minimize interruptions to day-to-day operations of the facility. With this team approach, we provided the owner with a successful renovation and a building to serve their needs for years to come.
